1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk1497 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the pk1497 platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and account management services.

3.Account Registration

To access real-money services on pk1497, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk1497. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of any balances associated with those accounts.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk1497 are governed by the following general rules, as well as any game-specific or event-specific rules published on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk1497 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
• pk1497 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game, the records maintained by pk1497 shall be the definitive reference. Where a genuine technical malfunction is identified, pk1497 will endeavour to settle the affected bet fairly.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on pk1497.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the pk1497 platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the pk1497 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful purpose.
• Accessing pk1497 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk1497 staff or other users.

8.Responsible Gaming

pk1497's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits pk1497's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.Privacy
